Spartopin Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Refund and Return Policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please carefully review the following terms to understand our return, exchange, and refund procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Spartopin. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition of Artwork: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. It must be in the original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Exclusions: Custom or made-to-order artwork is not eligible for returns unless it is damaged or defective upon delivery. Products purchased on sale or clearance are also generally not eligible for returns, except in cases of defects.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team at info@spartopin.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include the following information:

    • Order number
    • Product details (name, SKU, etc.)
    • Reason for the return
    • Photographs of the artwork (if applicable, especially for damaged or defective items)
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, our customer service team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and a return authorization number (if necessary). Please do not return the item without prior authorization as it may delay the processing of your return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Spartopin recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the artwork is returned safely.

  • Return Address: Return shipments must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Please make sure to securely pack the artwork to avoid any damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the artwork is in its original, undamaged condition, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or defective).

  • Refund Timing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will typically be processed within 10 business days. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at info@spartopin.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect (clear images of the damaged area and the entire artwork)
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon confirmation of the damage or defect, we will offer you the following options:

  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Spartopin will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items, and you will not be charged for the return process.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different artwork, size, or style, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized artwork that was made to order (unless defective or damaged).
  • Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional sales (unless defective or damaged).
  • Gift cards.
